Following the successful International Quality Review (IQR) conducted in March 2026 by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA), the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City (IUH) has formally achieved global institutional accreditation against the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG Part 1).
In strict compliance with the evaluation conclusions and international standards, the Board of Presidents of IUH has officially approved and promulgated the Strategic Quality Enhancement Plan for the 2026–2031 period. This comprehensive Action Plan systematically operationalizes the 6 recognized features of international good practice and directly addresses the 7 formal recommendations outlined by the QAA Global review team to drive continuous institutional enhancement.
The approved action plan covers key areas including:
● Institutional quality enhancement frameworks aligned with international paradigms.
● Standardization of postgraduate and doctoral program feedback mechanisms.
● Digitization of student-centered learning and teaching enhancement tracking.
● Formalization of policies on the Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) in alignment with the national qualifications framework.
● Upgrades to public information platforms and English-language user interfaces.
● Enhanced learning resources and academic support frameworks tailored for students with diverse learning barriers.
